About the Author
Terrina Troy was born and raised in Michigan. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, Sociology from California State University, Hayward. (Now called CSU, East Bay)
When she’s not writing and designing, she can be found walking her dogs, making art, helping friends, hugging horses, or just hanging out with her best friend and husband of more than two decades.
Her passion for health and wellness brings out her inner-geek. Her dirty little secret is that she devours nerdy, scientific studies and collects books about everything from metabolic dysfunction to regenerative farming. Her greatest guilty pleasure is studying maps and following the real estate market, while dreaming of restoring a historical home or lakefront cottage.
Her Bucket List: Visiting Maine in the fall, seeing Alaska in the summer, spending six months in a lakefront cottage, a girl’s trip in an RV, own a farm—where she would clearly hoard animals, and cruise the backroads of Ireland.
Terrina has been published in many trade and leadership magazines, blogs and websites. All But Six is her first book.
